Not just for the preschoolers

Art with Miss Amy

The same teacher, a bigger table, and you do not have to be three years old.

Some of my favorite childhood memories are of splattered paint on canvases and paper mâché penguins. Art teachers can leave that kind of lasting impression, giving young minds the tools and confidence to put their creative minds to work.

At Pickin’ Daisies, my dream was to create a space for both children and art. My love for art goes back as far as I can remember, and I am thrilled to have a space for young children and their families to get messy and create.

“I am a firm believer that no one is too young, or too old, to tap into their natural desire to create something meaningful, from scratch. My dad always said I was born with a paintbrush in my hand, and he guided my love for the creative process.” Amy D’Orazi
